Meet Lauren Murphy, our newest Marketing Intern!
Lauren is joining us on a gap year before she heads off to study Human Biology and Physiology at the University of Glasgow in 2027. While she is here, she is getting stuck into agency life: from brand strategy and content to social media and client campaigns, and soaking up as much as she can.
Outside of Flourish, Lauren has been a dance coach at the McCarthy School of Dance since 2024, teaching kids aged 2 to 14, and has competed at the ICU World Championships in Orlando with Team Scotland for three years running. She also picks up shifts across hospitality with Selective Personnel, so fast paced environments hold no fear.
And yes, the surname is familiar. There is another Murphy in our midst, rolling up her sleeves and getting stuck in wherever she is needed. Lauren has a can-do attitude that fits right in, because at Flourish that is just what our culture looks like.
