Co-founder of Flourish, Simon manages Flourish’s business solutions offerings, providing strategic enterprise transformation and performance improvement services.

He has over 25 years of experience in management, with a proven track record in delivering real business change and improvement to companies across a range of private sector industries and public bodies.

He has worked with blue chip clients like Sainsbury’s to establish a Facilities Management JV, Network Rail to develop their business change function, Merseyside Police to deliver an Enterprise Upgrade Programme, the Student Loans Company realise Programme benefits, Fife Council implement Oracle Cloud, and Evosys Global grow their UK business.

As Managing Consultant, Simon oversees the commercial and technical operations for Flourish whilst managing client relations for the business solutions practice, to support the overall growth and development of the Flourish business.
